Reserve Your Seat

First, purchase your Primary Seat as a semester pass, quarterly or annual plan.
This unlocks your AIID student portal and access to team savings right away, and as you grow.

Complete Your Company Setup Form

Once you're inside, fill out the quick form in your dashboard.

This tells us who you are and how many people you plan to enroll in the program.

Get Your Team Code

You’ll receive a special code and checkout link for your team’s exclusive savings. Follow the instructions to add people anytime during open enrollment. Your discount starts at 10% for teams up to five and increases as your team grows.

How do seats work?

  • Each person needs their own account so we can:

    • Track their CEUs

    • Log their attendance

    • Give them their own certificate

    • And make sure your company actually gets credit for investing in your people

    • Submit individual CEU credits to IDCEC (if applicable)

    • Receive post class submissions for credit.

    • Individual access to AI App store, daily limits applied.

    No shared logins. No guessing who attended what. Just clean, accurate tracking.

  • The more seats you add, the more you save.
    Teams start with 10% off each additional seat when adding up to five people (about $50 saved per person per semester).
    Your discount increases on a sliding scale, reaching up to 40% off per seat for larger groups.

  • Every company starts with one seat.
    That first seat becomes your Main Account (your admin).


    Once you’re in, the whole program opens up: your portal, your dashboard, your CEU tracking, everything.

    From there, you can add as many people as you want at your special team group rate.
