  • AI App Usage: No design files or project data are saved unless you choose to download or store them in your member portal; transient data from our Google Gemini-powered AI apps is not retained.

  • Payment & Billing: Processed securely via third-party vendors; we do not store payment account data.

  • Cookies/Analytics: We use tracking for site optimization, analytics, and user support. You may manage cookie preferences in your browser.

3. Use of Information

Data is used to:

  • Maintain CEU and Accreditation Compliance: We document attendance and participation for certification and regulatory reporting, following industry and educator standards.

  • Industry Accreditation Bodies: Certain information on CEU course completion may be shared with relevant bodies (e.g., IDCEC) as required by professional standards.

  • Strict adherence to ethical AI standards: No member work is stored or reused in external AI training.

  • All apps are developed together with the community, with full transparency and explicit user consent for any data storage.
