Friday, May 8, 2026

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM EST

Date TBD subject to change with ample notice prior to semester starting

Create a secure, centralized digital system that saves hours, keeping you in control. Discover how AI can quickly summarize meetings.

The Organized Designer

This session moves from high-level planning to hands-on execution, teaching designers how to structure their professional data so that AI can efficiently search, summarize, and manage all project information across platforms. The focus is on total project control and maximizing operational efficiency by connecting files across existing platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft).

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Develop and implement a simple Project File Naming System and folder structure optimized for AI to make every project document instantly searchable.

  2. Generate instant recaps and action lists by executing retrieval prompts that synthesize key data from disparate project files.

  3. Analyze the logistics of onboarding new client data and communications across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft 365, etc.) to ensure seamless information flow.

  4. Evaluate their current software subscriptions to identify overlaps and redundancies, using the centralized system to potentially reduce unnecessary overhead.

  5. Apply practical data organization methods that protect sensitive client information.

What You’ll Get

  • Project organization guide and simple naming templates

  • Live demonstration of multi-platform file connection and data retrieval using LLMs and connectors

  • Ready-to-use search prompts for instant information retrieval

  • Session recording and detailed notes
