One pre‑event planning call to align on goals, audience, and takeaways
Optional event graphics and marketing support for your promotion (upon request)
Jenna’s team books and pays for: roundtrip airfare from Charleston, SC; up to 1 night of hotel accommodations; ground transportation, meals, and incidentals for the trip
Investment
Flat fee: 3,500 USD (domestic travel) – travel included.
Booking & payment terms
50% non‑refundable deposit due at booking (1,750 USD).
Remaining 50% automatically charged 60 days after booking, or 7 days prior to the event, whichever comes first.
Events must be booked a minimum of 75 days in advance.
Bookings requested inside the 75‑day window may incur an additional rush/short‑notice fee, confirmed prior to contract.
Partner chapter savings
Individual chapters can save up to 750 USD on a professional chapter booking when your national organization registers as an AI for Interior Designers™ partner for an annual fee of 1,000 USD.
