The Systems Designer: AI Process & Communication is a 90-minute class co-taught by operations expert Dixie Willard and Jenna Gaidusek, built around one core idea: if your process lives only in your head, your business can't grow beyond you. This session walks you through building your Studio OS, a complete operating system for your design firm that makes your workflow consistent, scalable, and ready to hand off.
You'll learn how to document your entire project process using simple voice-to-text, then use Claude to organize it into a structured workflow with phases, deliverables, and decision points. From there, you'll build SOPs, phase completion checklists, client welcome documents, and email templates, all generated from your own words and trained to sound like you. The class also covers setting up a Google Drive folder system to own your documents across any tool, creating a reusable prompt library, and using Notebook LM as your studio's research and cross-reference system.
